Frances May - Strategy pitch

Task: Provide a strategy plan for Portland boutique, Frances May, to transform from boutique to a brand. Pitch final work at W+K.

Problem: The personality and values of the store exist, but do not shine through to potential consumers that have yet to explore everything that Frances May has to offer.

Solution: Making a change can be difficult when you own a business by yourself. So we wanted to instill confidence in the owner to understand that she is what makes Frances May a unique and positive retail experience. By embracing Pam's personality traits and values as the foundation for the store, she will have the ability to turn Frances May inside out.
